If you are just starting your French property search and want to find out whether you could qualify for a mortgage from a French lender please supply us with the brief details below and we will get back to you within 3 working days with a decision-in-principle from one of our panel of French lenders.

When deciding how much money to ask for, please note the restrictions on borrowing against the fees and taxes involved in the acquisition of French property given in the answer to question "How much will I be able to borrow?" in the FAQ page.
